An URGENT message from Andy
Tickle of CPRE South Yorks and
Friends of the Peak:
Hello Everyone,
Some of you may know that we're
running a campaign to stop the
worst excesses of the
Government's new planning
system. Because Nick Clegg is
our MP and also the Deputy
Prime Minister, we're
targetting him with a petition
to ask him to get Government
planning ministers to revise
the new planning policies
by the time they are issued
next year.
 
We're hoping to deliver the
petition to him sometime in the
next couple of weeks, along
with a giant postcard which
has also been signed by loads
of Sheffield people. Currently
we've got several hundred
signed up, either with the
postcard or via our website.
 
So it would be great if we
can move this north of five
hundred, even maybe a
thousand! So please can
you follow the links below,
either on our Friends of the
Peak website or our CPRE
South Yorks and sign our
petition - it's very simple
and doesn't require you
to register.
