UKEconet's partner organisation, the South Yorkshire Biodiversity Research Group (SYBRG), regularly holds a number of Conferences, Seminars and Workshops throughout the year at various regional venues, occasionally in partnership with other major organisations. The subject matter is varied in both scope and depth, with all aspects of biodiversity, ecology, archaeology, etc, being covered.

This website gives up-to-date information about what is happening and how to get involved. We try to give generous discounts to students and members of the public in order to help people attend. Sharing top level environmental research with a wide audience from across the region is important to us. In order to do this we bring to Sheffield the leading authorities in Britain, and indeed in Europe, to speak here.
